There are times when I sit in front of the screen until 2 or 3 a.m., eyes blurry, just wanting to shut the laptop and go to bed. But here’s the key: being tired doesn’t mean you’re failing. It just means you’re trying.

Burnout in trading often comes when you confuse fatigue with a lack of motivation. For example, you trade for 2-3 hours, get a headache, and think, “I’m so done, I need a break, I need to watch YouTube or play games.” But have you noticed? When you’re gaming or hanging out with friends, 2-3 hours fly by, and you don’t feel tired at all. Why? Because you’re doing something you enjoy, something that excites you. So, what’s the key here? It’s about turning trading into a meaningful journey, one with a purpose, so it doesn’t feel like a burden.
